We strive to enhance our users’ everyday experiences in this everchanging world of computers and technology. Founded in 2022, I started out in the industry at the age of 16 and have always had a love for computers, electronics and assisting people with them.

We strive for exceptional customer service and upfront and honest tech services. We have experience working with all types of technology and age ranges. Me and my team are CompTIA A+ certified and knowledgeable in networking and any new technologies that are currently out.

My name is Ron "Tilde" Willis and I have been in the tech industry for over 16 years. 

I'm sure you are wondering, what made me decide to start a tech training and repair company. My driving motivation comes from a collection of experiences I have garnered in my 16+ years of experience in the tech industry. Along the way, I have made many friends and have helped so many people get a better understanding of how technology is evolving to improve our way of life. It hasn't been easy and along the way, I have failed and got back up more times than I care to think about, but each stumble was a chance for growth and I have built back better each time.

I am well aware that there are other companies, many of which are much larger, that offer similar services to what I am seeking to provide, but that is also a key motivator for me. Before I was a service technician, before I was a specialist, and long before I was an entrepreneur, I was a consumer. My experiences with a lot of these companies left much to be desired. It felt like everyone was just trying to sell me something, and I hated being sold to. What we strive to provide is upfront and honest service along with training and knowledge to understand the technology being used. It isn't just about what I can do for a client today, but how can I help them tackle the tech issues of the future.
